About Quasi
Quasi-Productions is a large network of local artisans and entertainers; an amoeba for performers and cell structure for contractors. With an ability to host large scale multimedia shows including access to DJs, over thirty local bands, two dance companies, a repertoire of scripted scenes from an active staff of writers, actors with experience in performance from Shakespeare to Chekov to long-form improv, and digital video projection with pre-recorded material and/or live feed by our film crew. Our venues range from small black boxes housing 50 patrons to massive ballrooms hosting hundreds of partiers. Our clients range from producers to major local organizations and museums.
Our motto has been, "Anyone can do it, and you can do it!" For the past seven years we have compiled a group of nearly 150 artists from Chicago, Milwaukee and New York City that have proved to be successful in their respective fields. This ensemble embodies a full package for your entertainment needs. In accordance with our nonprofit mission, we strive to connect with our communities through entertainment in a way that instills our audiences with an enhanced ability to see themselves and thereby enjoy themselves in celebration and self-reflection. That being said, our pursuit is also to cater and adapt to the desires and needs of nearly any function or gathering with our networks, all of which are rooted in transparency and compensation.
