QUASI-Cafe, opened in mid-March 2007, with a mission to serve Bucketworks, the entire Mandel building, Time Warner, Manpower and all local businesses with delivery and catering. Located at 1319 N. Martin Luther King Dr. (3rd St. and McKinley Ave.) it expects a breakfast, lunch and dinner clientele between 7am and 10pm. Gourmet sandwiches and beverages are be served within the cafe and outdoor seating is enjoyed with a view of the city. The café provides nourishment, inspiration, free access to wireless internet, and a direct passage way to its neighboring partner, Bucketworks, the health and fitness club for the brain.

- Bucketworks provides a very beneficial partner due to the fact that their over 700 members, provide a venue for hundreds of events/performances, and are a recognized name in the community.

Operations

- The day to day operations within the café will be run by the head manager.
- The marketing and financial operations of the café will be handled by executive partner.
- The Quasi Café will be setup at 7:00 a.m. and close down at 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with weekend hours based on events within Bucketworks.
